A LETTER TO A FRIEND

Dear  Carlos,
I hope your arrival here in Peru will be so comfortable and what I´m going to start is  carrying you to Armas Square to look at The Cathedral, it will be so nice to you to see that . Besides, I will take you to the most historical shred in History, it is called De La Unión Shred, there are many places you can visit and to enjoy. Furthermore, my college friends would be so happy to see you because I had talked them about you, and they got impressed by the way.
If you are going to stay at my house  for a period of time, you have to follow some rules:
-You have to take dinner at the same time with us; but if you are not hungry, only tell us and there will be no problem.
-You can't stay doing your things after midnight , you have to sleep at the same time that we sleep.
That´s it, I hope your arrival will be soon.
I'll be waiting.
Greetings,
Humberto.

TRANSPORTATION IN PERU

TRANSPORTATION IN PERU
My idea about tranportation in Peru is not such a beautiful thing because there are always accidents that really harm my feelings, but at least I didn´t have these kind of loss until now. I consider that ''killer combis'' should be banned because conductor and the chauffeur have bad behavor to the passenger becaue they can think they do whatever they want like increasing prices that is on the rate, stopping until they want which means that they don't follow the route. Also the Orion Company because the most rate of deaths are caused by this company and the mayor of Lima doesn´t do anything about it. My final idea is that there has to do something in order to avoid more disasters and to leave peacefully.

MY FAVORITE FOOD

              CHAUFA RICE
Chaufa Rice is considered one of the most popular foods in all Peru. Etymologically it cames from  (chǎofàn) that means ''fried rice'' There are many restaurants that prepare that delicious food. There are many ways to prepare chaufa but the essential preparation is:
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce
  • Chinese onion
  • Egg
or whatever you will add it

I considered it because my family (especially my grandmother) always likes to prepare this type of food; that's why I like it.

MY FAVORITE MARKET

My Favorite Market

My mini market is two blocks from ny house and it is very nice to buy there because there are many variations that I can buy with the lowest price. For example, if in Metro the basil costs 2 soles per kilo but in my market its cost like 1.50 and besides my mom always buys there since I was a kid and she suggested me to go there.

Chinese Culture

China, one of the countries that can boast of an ancient civilization, has a long and mysterious history - almost 5,000 years of it! Like most other great civilizations of the world, China can trace her culture back to a blend of small original tribes which have expanded till they became the great country we have today.
It is recorded that Yuanmou man is the oldest hominoid in China and the oldest dynasty is Xia Dynasty. From the long history of China, there emerge many eminent people that have contributed a lot to the development of the whole country and to the enrichment of her history. Among them, there are emperors like Li Shimin (emperor Taizong of the Tang), philosophers like Confucius, great patriotic poets like Qu Yuan and so on.
Chinese society has progressed through five major stages - Primitive Society, Slave Society, Feudal Society, Semi-feudal and Semi-colonial Society, and Socialist Society. The rise and fall of the great dynasties forms a thread that runs through Chinese history, almost from the beginning. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China on October 1st, 1949, China has become a socialist society and become stronger and stronger.
